Enactus is an international non-profit organization that brings together business and motivated student leaders who want to use the power of entrepreneurial action to improve the quality of life and standard of living for not only those in need but for all of us.
Through every projects, members get a chance to develop entrepreneurial and leadership skills through practical experiences. Enactus support all the projects with our incubator program, workshops, and trainings.

Enactus stands for Entrepreneurial, Action, Us. It represents a global community of student, academic and business leaders who are passionate about using entrepreneurship to create positive social and environmental impact. The name reflects the core values of the organization:
Entrepeneurial - igniting business innovation with integrity and passion.
Action - taking action to make a positive social impact that inspires and sparks social enterprise.
Us - representing a diverse group of individuals who collaborate to create a better world. Through our projects and initiatives, we work together to develop innovative solutions to pressing social and environmental challenges.
National Exposition
The National Exposition is a showcase of how our students are transforming lives and enabling progress through entrepreneurial action. Enactus teams compete across 36 countries where the quality and impact of their projects is evaluated by business leaders serving as judges. These dynamic and inspiring events encourage creativity and reward results, ultimately leading to stronger programs and more lives improved. From each national competition one team is selected to represent their country at the Enactus World Cup. It is a great source of inspiration, passion and motivation to reach for even higher goals for the upcoming years!
Currently, over 500 students throughout the Netherlands are committed to Enactus. As a project member, you are involved in running and/or setting up a social enterprise 8 hours a week. Participation in Enactus UvA not only provides an educational addition to your studies but is also a fun organization with a monthly drink. In addition, various workshops provide even more professional input and knowledge. As a member, you not only learn entrepreneurship and make a social impact, but you also get the chance to develop yourself!
